Luckily I had already started on the job, but I had hoped to spread it over a couple of nights, work leisurely and have it done on friday...

Crank up the cutting machine (22 meters/yards of "flock" foil - the velvety stuff) and start weeding like a you-know-what. That's peeling away the pieces of foil that you don't need 'till only the design is left over. A tedious and boring job (thanks honey for helping out)
Time to heat up the press!
This stuff needs to be pressed at 170 degrees Celcius (340F) so it's gonna get hot in the shop.
Put on some "Deftones" and turn the volume up to f-the-neighbours-level. Yeah baby, give it to me! Ha!
52 polo-shirts. Single color front print, 2 color back print.
That's 3 pressings a shirt, makes 156 times opening the press, 156 placing the shirt, 156 times lining up the design, 156 times 15 seconds of pressing, 156 times peeling off the backing film.

Too d@mn hot - sweating like a pig - gotta take off my shirt - have a beer to cool me down and stay hydrated.
Jumping through the shop like a raving lunatic. Franticly flippin' shirts like burgers on a grill while screaming along with the tunes. Must be an ugly picture, but I don't care. Turn up the volume another notch.
More! More! More! Get that sucker done!
By 3 in the morning all 52 shirts are neatly folded and sorted by size, back in the box they came in.
Send out a quick e-mail they're ready for pick up that evening, take a shower and crash...
